Terms of service and Liability waiver for photographic expeditions

By registering for a photographic expedition organised by FEDERICO BOUVIER DÍAZ (hereinafter Fefo Bouvier), participants acknowledge and accept the following Terms of service and Liability waiver:

  1. Acknowledgement of Risk: Participants understand that participation in a photographic expedition involves certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, illness, personal injury, property damage and other hazards inherent in travelling and participating in outdoor activities. Participants are aware that photography may involve potentially dangerous situations, such as walking over uneven terrain, approaching wildlife and exposure to adverse weather conditions.
  2. Release of Liability: Participants irrevocably waive and release Fefo Bouvier, its employees, contractors, representatives and partners from any liability for personal injury, property damage or any other type of loss they may suffer as a result of their participation in the photographic expedition.
  3. Planning and Booking Services: Fefo Bouvier offers planning and booking services for accommodation and local transfers as part of the photographic expedition. However, participants acknowledge and accept that Fefo Bouvier does not act as a travel agent in its entirety and that participants are responsible for booking their own airline tickets and any other aspects of the trip that are not covered by the services provided by Fefo Bouvier.
  4. Use of Images: Participants agree that Fefo Bouvier may use images taken during the photographic expedition for promotional and commercial purposes, and waive any right to compensation for the use of such images.
  5. Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the disclaimer and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether oral or written, with respect to the same subject matter.

By checking the checkbox on the registration form, participants declare that they have read, understood and voluntarily accepted the terms and conditions of this Terms of service and Liability waiver for photographic expeditions.
