Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy for rolled prints only (excluding framed prints). If you are not satisfied with your rolled print, please email us at info@fefobouvier.com and we will assist you with the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Before returning it, we recommend that you package the print exactly as it was when you received it. This will minimise the possibility of damage in transit.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the collector. Refunds will be made as soon as the artwork arrives at our studio and we confirm that it is undamaged. We will not accept returns that have not been previously requested.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as framed prints. Please contact us if you have any queries or questions about a particular item.

Exchanges

The quickest way to process an exchange is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 working days since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@fefobouvier.com.
